Lydia Nanatongo, a collaborative member for Avon and Wiltshire Partnership, explains how the Collaborative have supported staff within Forensic Services to deliver a Reducing Restrictive Practice Project that has focused on effective communication with patients and their families, understanding trauma focused care and creating a safe and homely environment for patients that will often remain in their care for sometime.
